Love love love! The aesthetic, the quality, the customer service — everything was great! I was iffy ordering from here because I like to get my rugs in person but there wasn’t anywhere in the US where I could find traditional rugs with the same vibe. The customer service team was very communicative and provided me with updates about my order. The rug looks exactly like what I wanted and goes so well in my room!! I love to be supporting local workers at the same time!
